Our business started when Patrica Mosquera, the owner of Miami Custom Cakes decided she wanted to turn her cake decorating passion into a life time career where it could be passed down from generation to generation. Like many immigrant parents, Patricia came to America with the dream of being able to support and provide for her family of 5 children and give them a better life. Through blood, sweat, and lots of tears Patricia worked day and night to master her craft and become the artist that she is today. Fast forward to 2022, Patricia has been able to accomplish her life long dream of being able to convert her business into a successful family run company. Patricia understands that cakes are a celebration of life, milestones and special moments. These moments are always celebrated with family and loved ones, she wanted her company to represent the very essence of family unity that come together to celebrate these special moments.
